The AICE Executive Board for the term 2022-2024 has been elected on 03/12/2021 and it is in charge starting from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2024.
Emanuele Banchi - President

Emanuele Banchi (President) graduated in Physics and in 1991 attended the postgraduate course in Total Cost Management organized by AICE (the Italian Association for Total Cost Management) in collaboration with the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan. Since 1999 he is a Certified Cost Engineer, certified by AICE, accredited by ICEC (International Cost Engineering Council).
His career is devoted to Project Management and in 1996 he establishes his consulting firm, artas consulting srl, offering consulting, training and support services related to Total Cost Management disciplines (planning and cost engineering, project management methodologies, project control metrics, claim management). Since 2000 he is a member of the Directory Board of the AICE and he is in charge as President since 2012.

Mario Fiorelli - Vice President

20 years experience as Senior Management Consultant and Actually Owner at SiGest s.a.s. providing Organizational and Management Consulting Services to 50+ direct Customer Organizations and to 200+ End User Organizations (partially in partnership with Institutional Partners like Associazione Italiana Cultura Qualità, Associazione Piccole Imprese, Confindustria Padova): Business Excellence Management; Organizational Structure Optimization; From Customer to Customer loop;Quality System Management, Projects and Change Management. Alfredo Biffi - Secretary general & Treasurer

Alfredo Biffi is Associate Professor of Organization, Economics Department, at Insubria University. He is Affiliate Professor of Information Systems at SDA Bocconi School of Management. In Aice he is Secretary General and member of the Board.
At SDA Bocconi, he is responsible for the educational paths on Project Management. He directed the Information System Department from 2004 to 2006 and was Vice Director of the Information System Department from 2001 to 2003. He conducted numerous research, educational and consulting projects in various and different business sector (finance, public administration, cooperation and manufacturing) with specific focus on process design and project management discipline.
His research activities focus on information systems, on project and process management and on organizational design. Currently, he is working on some specific topics: company organizational structure evolution in project based logic; the development of project&process based competence profiles; the use of ICT for modeling organizational structures innovation oriented; and the development of entrepreneurship and innovation.
He is the author of numerous books and articles on the subject. His works have been published in Management Learning, Economia&Management, various Conference Proceedings, rivista di Impiantistica Italiana and Sviluppo&Organizzazione, among others. He was member of the editorial board of Economia&Management. He is member of the scientific committee of AICE (Italian association of International Council of Cost Engineering).
Alfredo earned a Degree in Office Automation at Bocconi University. He is Wood Badge certificate.

Gianluca di Castri - ICEC Delegate

Gianluca di Castri (ICEC Delegate), Chartered Mechanical Engineer, holds a Master in Business Administration (Bocconi University, 1972); he also holds the total cost management certificate (EIE/ICEC.A) and has been awarded in 2012 the distinguished international fellowship (DIF) of the ICEC.
He has been working since 1972, with a considerable experience in Total Cost Management, in Project Management and in Engineering and Construction, obtained as manager, director and then as general manager of construction companies.
Actually he works as consultant in different fields of the Total Cost Management (Project Management – Project Controls). He is lecturer and author of many publications, such as “Project Management per l’Edilizia (2009)” and “Lineamenti di Ingegneria Economica (1999, as co-author)”. He has taken part as speaker to different conferences organized by AICE, ICEC and IPMA and others.
From 2005 to 2011 he has been the President of the AICE. He is now ICEC Admin. Vice-Chair.

Roberto Livio (Treasurer)

Emetros Consulting Founder. He has designed and developed innovative digital services and logistics services for e-commerce.

Andrea del Grosso

Andrea Del Grosso is Ordinary Professor of Structural Engineering at the Polytechnic School of Genoa. He has held various courses in Construction Engineering, Special Construction and Infrastructure Management and Monitoring.
He has been partner and Vice President of the engineering company D'Appolonia S.p.A. (today RINA Consulting). At the same company he currently performs, as a consultant, the functions of Technical Director for the civil engineering and infrastructure sector. He also provides technical-legal advice and has been engaged as a part consultant in important disputes concerning the construction of plants, buildings and infrastructures and in criminal proceedings. She is Country Representative for Italy of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).

Marco Alvise Bragadin
Marco Alvise Bragadin is Associate Professor of Construction Production at the University of Bologna. Civil Construction Engineer, he holds a PhD in "Construction Management and Economics" at the Tampere University of Technology, Finland. Since 1999 he has been a lecturer in the construction production sector at the University of Bologna and from 2005 to 2020 he was a researcher and associate professor at the same university. Economic Engineering expert (AICE / ICEC certified), he carries out research in the building production sector, dealing with construction management, production technology and safety. He is the author of numerous publications in Italian and English and is a professor of Construction Site Organization and Materials and Technologies of Historic Buildings.

Mauro Stucchi
Mauro Stucchi is an Engineer with more than 15 years of multisectoral experience as Contract & Claim Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Commercial Manager & Controller and expert in Quality, Computer System Validation and chemical-pharmaceutical regulations. Experiences in multinational companies with customers, partners and suppliers worldwide. Leader in process innovation and dematerialization projects through the introduction of paperless solutions aimed at achieving strategic objectives. Currently responsible for Contracts & Quality Compliance for projects and services in a leading company in the production of active ingredients and finished products for antibiotics.

Giampietro Ruotolo
Giampietro Ruotolo is a civil engineer. He has worked as a disciplinary tutor and expert in the design of structures at the Guglielmo Marconi University in Rome. He embarked on a career in international realities, covering the roles first of structural engineer and then of Project Manager in the Oil & Gas sector. In 2017 he joined the Project Management group within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) supporting the Technical Director of the project and developing his technical-managerial skills for projects concerning real estate development in commercial and industrial construction. He is currently engaged in technical-economic consultancy for General Contractor in the construction sector.

Francesco Solustri
Francesco Solustri is a certified civil engineer in Total Cost Management Level A (expert) by AICE - Italian Association of Economic Engineering and accredited by ICEC - International Cost Engineering Council. Training as a planner in the field of infrastructural works in Rome and currently involved with the role of Project Manager in Advisory contracts. The application of Total Cost Management techniques takes place through technical-economic analyzes both in the Infrastructural and Real Estate fields, also in the international context. Expert in time planning, especially with the use of Microsoft Project. Former member of the AICE National Board as Councilor for the 2012-2014 three-year period and 2016-2017 two-year period.

Daniela Pedrini
Daniela Pedrini graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Bologna. Expert in Economic Engineering (AICE / ICEC certificate - International Cost Engineering Council n. 60). Since 1990 he has been a director of the Emilia - Romagna Health Service (in the hospital and health facilities of Modena, Parma, Imola and Bologna) with roles in the design and technical management of hospital facilities and systems. Director of the Technical and Design, Development and Investments Department until 2021, he is currently Director of the UOC Management of Intercompany Assets of the University Hospital of Bologna, Policlinico di Sant'Orsola, and Azienda USL of Bologna. He headed a multimillion-dollar PFI contract for the total refurbishment of the hospital's power generation. Project Manager of complex procedures for renovations and new hospital constructions, she is certified CERTing, by the National Agency for the Certification of the Skills of Engineers, MOB-4621-IT21 Advanced - "Expert Building Systems Engineer, specialized in Project Management and Hospital Construction Processes ". He is certified Project Manager PMP®, ISIPM-base, ISIPM-Av® and AICQ SICEV (Project Manager UNI 11648 n.0403). She is the author of numerous national and international publications, lecturer in various disciplines of hospital engineering and university masters, speaker at national and international conferences. He is Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. He is currently President of the National Council of the "Italian Society of Architecture and Engineering for Health - S.I.A.I.S." which brings together engineers, architects and graduates in technical subjects operating in the hospital and health infrastructure sector and President of the international federation IFHE - International Federation of Healthcare Engineering. From 2017 to 2019 she was President of IFHE-EU (European Chapter of the International Federation of Hospital Engineering).
